Technicals requirements

To use the Java apllets you may have Netscape 4.0 (at least) or Microsoft Internet Explorator 4.0 (at least). If you use Netscape you may get troubles by clicking too quickly in the scrollbars in the applets. This uneasy behavior desappear by using MSIE
