Emmanuel Dellandréa is Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences, HDR) at Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France, since 2004. He was awarded a Master and Engineering degrees in Computer Science from the Université de Tours, France, in 2000 followed by a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2003. He obtained the Habilitation to Drive Research (HDR) in 2020 from Université Lyon 1, France. His research activities led in the LIRIS laboratory (CNRS UMR 5205) are related to image and video understanding, computer vision, machine learning, robotics, as well as affective computing, including recognition of emotion induced by images and videos.
