Abstract submission, oral presentations and posters :

We want to give the best opportunity to a maximum

of attendees to present their work, and this is how it

will work :

Every attendee can submit several “request for communication”

This request may be up to 4 pages including

color photos, figures and references

The request for communication is forwarded to the scientific committee.

The committee will make a selection based on novelty, scientific interest and will decide if the attendee is offered a poster or an oral presentation.

How to submit you “request for communication” ?

Create your document (text + figures) using any word processor or pdf file. Only .doc or .pdf file format will be accepted.
